Registration Fees –
Earlybird Deadline 7 February 2007

All earlybird registrations go into the draw to WIN 1 of 10 signed copies of "Five Ring Fever" by Laurie Lawrence.

Day Registration excludes conference dinner

Registration Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Registrations made after 28 February 2007 must be made onsite. Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.

How to Register
You may register by using the forms at the back of the registration brochure or online (see links at the top of the page)

Manual bookings can be mailed or faxed directly to the VPA 2007 Conference Managers. Payment must accompany registrations for them to be considered confirmed. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt.

To make changes to your registration you need to contact the VPA 2007 Conference Managers. For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, and American Express,

Cheques: Personal, School or Company cheque (Australian Delegates Only) made payable to Victorian Principals Association Inc.

Bank Drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian Dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to the Victorian Principals Association Inc.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to the VPA 2007 Conference Managers. Cancellations received prior to 1 February 2007 will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after 1 February 2007 will not be refunded. Under exceptional circumstances, the Conference Committee will consider varying the cancellation policy.

Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Inclusions

Full Registration
This allows one registrant to attend the welcome reception, all conference sessions, the exhibition, the conference dinner on the Thursday evening, satchel and all inclusions, all catering.

Group Registration
This allows a group of any 4 people to book and attend as a team and entitles them to attend the welcome reception, all conference sessions on both days, the exhibition on both days, the conference dinner, satchel and all inclusions, all day catering on both days. Please note that the price quoted is per person.

Day Registration - Thursday or Friday
This allows one registrant to attend all conference sessions on either the Thursday or Friday (not both) as well as entry to the exhibition, day catering on the day you attend, satchel and all inclusions. The day registrations do not include the conference dinner.

Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
