HOW TO REGISTER - Download Registration Brochure
You may register by using the forms attached at the end of this brochure or online via the ASC2008 website, www.asc2008.com.au. Bookings can be mailed or faxed directly to the ASC2008 Conference Managers. Payments must accompany registrations for them to be considered confirmed.
Confirmation of your registration will be mailed within 48 hours of receipt. To make changes to your registration you need to contact the Conference Managers.
For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy set out below.
Should you require any assistance or further information please contact the ASC2008 Conference Managers, where one of our friendly team will assist you.
IMPORTANT NOTE - STUDENT REGISTRATIONS
Delegates who request a full time student registration must provide a photocopy of their student identification card upon submission of their registration form.
Student fees only apply to persons who are engaged in full time studies.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Credit Card
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cheque
Personal or company cheque (Australian Delegates Only) made payable to Fox Events. Bank drafts and International Money Orders should be in Australian Dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to Fox Events.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellations must be made in writing to the ASC2008 Conference Managers. Cancellations received prior to 19 June 2008 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
100% of the booking is payable if payment has not been received. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
