‘On behalf of the Victorian Principals Association and the Planning Committee it is our pleasure to invite you to register for the VPA 2008 Annual Conference, “Focus: Creating Sustainable Futures”, 1 – 2 May, at The Sofitel Melbourne.
Following the highly acclaimed VPA 2007 Annual Conference, the Association has positioned the 2008 Conference as your “first choice’ conference for 2008.
In a period where communities and school leaders are faced with innumerable and complex challenges, the conference theme of “Focus: Creating Sustainable Futures” was developed with the aim of addressing the critical issues that many Government, business, community organizations and most importantly, community stakeholders are dealing with now and are well into planning for the future. We all have a passionate commitment to empower the next generation to make the changes essential to ensuring a sustainable future. But have we acted quickly enough? Have we identified all of the issues? Are we keeping abreast of the factors that the next generation need to empower them to forge on? What is hindering us from administering the essential developments to ensure Sustainable Futures?
