Registration Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Registrations made after Friday 11 April 2008 are at the Standard Rate. Registrations after the Monday 28 April 2008 must be made onsite. Onsite registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
How to Register
You may register by using the forms attached at the end of this brochure or online via the VPA 2008 Conference Website, www.vpa2008conference.com.au.
Manual bookings can be mailed or faxed directly to the VPA 2008 Conference Managers Fox Events. Payment must accompany registrations for them to be considered confirmed. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt.
To make changes to your registration you need to contact the VPA 2008 Conference Managers, Fox Events.

Full Registration - This allows one registrant to attend all conference sessions, the exhibition, the Cocktail Reception on Monday evening, satchel and all inclusions, all catering.
Team Registration - This allows a group of any 4 people to book and attend as a group and entitles them to attend all conference sessions on both days, the exhibition on both days, the Cocktail Reception on Monday evening, satchel and all inclusions, all day catering on both days.
Please note that the price quoted is per person.
Day Registration - Monday or Tuesday - This allows one registrant to attend all conference sessions on either the Monday or Tuesday (not both) as well as entry to the exhibition, day catering on the day attended, satchel and all inclusions.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment can be made by the following methods: Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, personal, school or company cheque made payable to Victorian Principals Association Inc. Bank Drafts and Money Orders should be in Australian Dollars, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to the Victorian Principals Association Inc.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be made in writing to the VPA 2008 Conference Managers, Fox Events. Cancellations received after Monday 31 March 2008 will not be refunded. Cancellations received after Friday 30th November 2007 but before Monday 31 March 2008 will receive a refund minus a AUD$100.00 administration fee.
Under exceptional circumstances, the Conference Committee will consider varying the cancellation policy. Substitute delegates will be accepted if notification is received in writing before Monday 31 March 2008.
